Tests of 2500/20/0.4 kV and 1000/20/0.4 kV mobile substations have been successfully completed. The equipment is intended for operation at one of the oil producing enterprises in Russia. A batch is currently being prepared for shipment to the site.

“A distinctive feature of mobile substations is that they are manufactured in a complete design and installed as a single unit on a transport frame,” says a specialist at TESLA INNOVATIONS INTERNATIONAL. “This configuration allows us to reduce the cost of constructing a foundation due to the fact that the equipment can be installed on road slabs. In addition, access to cable compartments is provided from the rear of the BMZ through special external doors.”

The features of this type of substation also include brush entries for cable output and quick-release connectors for installing a cable line. Technical solutions allow us to reduce installation costs and minimize the risk of errors during equipment assembly at the site.
