TESLA INNOVATIONS INTERNATIONAL is building a substation with 110 kV overhead power line approaches at the Zhelezny Kryazh deposit. Currently, the substation's open switchgear is being constructed and transmission line supports are being installed.
The facility is located in the Zabaikalsky Krai. It will supply electricity to a gold ore deposit being developed by JSC Vismut (owned by GeoProMining LLC).
"Construction and installation work and the manufacture of equipment for the substation are on schedule," commented Oleg Eremin, an employee of the company. "In addition, it is worth noting that the electrical equipment used at Zhelezny Kryazh is of domestic production. The main components of the switchgear and control systems of the substation were manufactured at the Cheboksary Electrical Equipment Plant, and the transformers were manufactured at the Ufa Transformer Plant."
